IS THE HOTEL PET-FRIENDLY?
Omni Houston Hotel is pet-friendly. If you would like to bring your pet under 25 lbs. along with you, you must have a valid credit card on file. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for each room with a pet during your stay. We request that only one pet occupy each room. If you plan on bringing more than one pet, please contact the hotel directly to discuss. In the event a dog begins to bark or is the cause of guest complaints, the guest will be asked to remove the pet. The pet must be placed in a carrier when housekeeping. mini-bar staff or engineering enters the room. At check-in, guests will be required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage caused by the pet during its stay.
Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from the pet policy.
